I Heart You Breakfast
A delightful pink smoothie that is especially good at breakfast time...but we think you can enjoy round the clock!

3 oz vanilla or honey Greek yogurt
1 oz raspberries and/or strawberries
zest of half a lemon
optional: drizzle of flax or hempseed oil

Puree all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve this adorably pink breakfast chilled.

Makes one 4 ounce serving (feel free to multiply for the whole family to enjoy!)

Love Mash
This hearty mash (get it?? I crack myself up....) will fill your little love's tiny tummy with warm yumminess! And, the beets make it...you guessed it....PINK!

2 oz carrots
1 oz beets
1 oz potatoes

Steam the vegetables until fork tender. Puree or mash until well combined. Serve warm. Try optional seasoning/spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, salt or clove – But only a tiny dusting will be needed! When introducing such healthful spices as these, go easy and mild to start.
