One easy way to ease them into lean proteins, is to combine the flavors with some that may already be familiar favorites. In this recipe, we take lean chicken and combine it with the sweet goodness of peaches and the familiar taste of brown rice. A classic way to help baby build their fondness for protein!

When to Introduce: Around 6 months - always check with your pediatrician if you have concerns about allergies or your little one's eating ability. Since this meal has multiple ingredients, it is always a good idea to be sure they have tried each one individually before combining.
Why We Love It: Peaches are high in Vitamins A and C and contain a good amount of fiber. Chicken is a lean source of protein that is so valuable in baby's early meals.
